RUTTERPASS cardholders are entitled to free admission to all live, video replay and RutterOnline programs presented by TRG for one year from date of purchase, except programs presented in conjunction with the California Judges Association and the California Family Law Report, Inc. (CFLR).

When you attend a program, you will receive, free of charge, all program materials except TRG Practice Guides, Deskbooks or software. Attendees using their Rutterpass do not receive TRG Bonus Dollars.

RUTTERPASS entitles you to borrow from TRG's library of audio, video, CD and DVD programs plus accompanying written materials, except Practice Guides, Deskbooks and software. Here's how it works:

• Simply mail or fax your request for 1 or 2 programs at a time. If a requested program is temporarily out of stock, we will contact you immediately.

• Audio/visual programs and written materials must be repacked in the original shipping carton and returned to TRG at your expense within 14 days after receipt in the same condition as received. No additional audio/visual programs can be borrowed until such return. If requested by TRG, you agree to supply proof of return from the United States Postal Service or other delivery service. If you fail to return audio/visual programs and written materials on time (or provide proof of return as stated above), you will be charged for the catalog purchase price plus tax. Your RUTTERPASS and borrowing privileges will be suspended until the charge is paid. All terms and conditions are subject to change anytime upon notice.

• FOR MCLE PARTICIPATORY CREDIT, we'll supply you with a "MCLE Record of Attendance Form." All you have to do is:
  1. Fill in the form stating where and when you viewed or listened to the program;
  2. Have a nonparticipant sign the form to verify this information; and
  3. Return the form to TRG along with the tapes.

• RUTTERPASS cardholders may purchase TRG audio/visual programs at a 50% discount from regular price.

• You must present your RUTTERPASS and a photo ID at the program site. For guaranteed seating, enroll at least 5 days before the program; enrollment thereafter is on a space-available basis.

• If you lose your RUTTERPASS, call TRG immediately. A replacement pass with the same expiration date will be issued for a $25 administrative fee.
